SHIPPING DELIVERY
For some international shipments, customs/import duties are applied once the parcel reaches its destination country depending on the duty and tax laws for that country. For KSA, UAE, Kuwait, the UK and the US no duties or taxes will be due on delivery.
For other countries, customs duties and any handling charges vary from country to country and are usually implemented when the order reaches its destination country and are payable by customer. Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable once charged.

You can see your Airway Bill (AWB) number by easily going to your order details through My Account. Please keep in mind that the AWB will be available only after your order is dispatched.
It depends on the shipment method but normally if it is within KSA it will take around 2 – 5 working days.

How long does it take to receive my refund?
For full-priced items ordered in the KSA using single-payment credit cards, refunds will show up in your bank account within 5-7 business days.
